Under the 2D World is a story-driven action RPG filled with dangerous enemies, strange environments, shifting gravity, powerful weapons, challenging bosses, and moral choices.

Travel through corrupted ruins, burning landscapes, floating islands, inverted towers, mechanical realms, and other broken worlds. Some places pull you toward the ground. Others force you to fight on the ceiling—or survive where gravity barely exists at all.

But the worlds are not the only thing changing.

So are you.

Fight Through Broken Worlds

Each world introduces new enemies, stronger variants, unique materials, different environmental hazards, and its own visual identity.

Enemies become faster, tougher, more aggressive, and more dangerous as your journey continues. Archers fire real projectiles, creatures attack in different ways, and powerful minibosses stand between you and each chapter’s final objective.

Completing a world is not enough.

Before you can move forward, you must defeat its boss.

Build Your Own Arsenal

Collect materials from every world and use them to craft new weapons.

Discover swords, bows, and other equipment with different stats, strengths, weaknesses, and world-specific properties. Experiment with your loadout and prepare for increasingly difficult encounters.

The weapon that saves you in one world may not be enough in the next.

Souls Have Power

Defeated bosses leave more than memories behind.

Their souls can grant powerful abilities—but power always has a price. The further you travel, the more the line between strength, corruption, and survival begins to disappear.

Some souls may help you.

Others may change you.

Rescue, Speak, or Betray

Not every person you meet is an enemy.

You can rescue survivors and temporarily bring them with you. Speak to them, learn more about the worlds, and decide whether they deserve your trust.

But loyalty is a choice.

You can protect your companions—or deliberately betray them and turn them into enemies.

Your actions shape the tone of your journey and reveal what kind of person you are becoming.

Under the 2D World is currently in active INDEV development.

The game is still being expanded and improved. Current versions may contain bugs, unfinished balancing, placeholder elements, or systems that will change in future updates.
